About
This project involves a mobile application designed for investors and startups within our holding group. After internal testing, we're looking to extend it to public projects. The goal is to create a practical platform, straightforward and effective for investors to track projects, startups to present initiatives, and administrators to manage communication and meetings in the realm of investment projects.
Context
Originating within our holding group, the project emerged from the necessity for a unified platform for investors and startups. Internal testing allowed us to fine-tune features, ensuring readiness for public projects. The context revolves around enhancing collaboration, transparency, and efficiency in the world of investment projects.

My Role
As a designer for the InveStore app project, my primary responsibility was to ensure the user interface was intuitive and visually meets expectations of the users. I collaborated closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into design solutions. This involved conducting interviews to identify user needs and preferences, creating prototypes to visualize the app's structure and functionality, and iterating on designs based on feedback. Additionally, I worked closely with the development team to ensure the seamless implementation of design.
The key challenge for me was to gather all expectations of a pretty busy future users and approve it later. My solution was to create comprehensive design documentation (user stories, white boards, JTBD's, prototypes, UX testing results) and describe potential scaling opportunities (feature roadmap, competitor analysis etc). That resulted as lunch of MVP version and initiated planning for future app upgrades.

Challenges
Communication with Busy End Users
Engaging with busy end users, especially investors and startups, proved challenging. Obtaining timely and meaningful feedback during the design and testing stages posed difficulties due to their demanding schedules.
Solution
To tackle this challenge, we streamlined the communication process by minimizing contact iterations. Instead of frequent interactions, we opted to consolidate feedback rounds. Our strategy involved presenting robust design prototypes that comprehensively captured various aspects of the application. This approach allowed busy users to examine the prototype at their convenience, providing a detailed and consolidated feedback when time permitted.
Conclusion
From concept to creation, our journey emphasizes practicality. The mobile application serves as a tool for growth, communication, and discovery in investment projects. As we extend to public projects, explore the simplicity and effectiveness of our design, transforming connections and collaboration in the world of investments.
